Jim Ferrato
Senior Vice President – CIO
Jim is based out of our Braintree, MA office and is responsible for the development
and management of Protocol’s strategic IT plan and ensuring its alignment with the
company’s business model. His position is focused on using technology to benefit
both our clients and employees.
Jim brings over twenty years of experience delivering complex IT solutions. Prior
to joining Protocol, Jim was the VP of Professional Services at Aspect Communications
where he led a global organization delivering a broad range of integrated contact
center solutions. Before joining Aspect, Jim was the CIO for Stream International,
a global supplier of customer care services.
Jim received his BS in Business Administration from the University of Rhode Island
and holds an MBA from Boston University.
